By submitting your work to ARE Magazine, you agree to the following terms and conditions: בעצם הגשת התוכן ל-מגזין אר, את/ה מסכים/ה לתנאים הבאים:
- Grant of Rights / הענקת זכויות
- EN: By submitting your work, you grant ARE magazine the royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide right to publish, use, display, and distribute the content across our print magazine, social media platforms, website, and all digital outlets, free of charge.
- HE: בעצם הגשת התוכן, את/ה מעניק/ה ל-מגזין אר את הזכות המלאה, ללא תמורה (ללא תשלום תמלוגים), ללא הגבלת זמן ובפריסה עולמית, לפרסם, להציג ולהפיץ את התוכן במגזין המודפס שלנו, ברשתות החברתיות, באתר האינטרנט ובכל הפלטפורמות הדיגיטליות.
- Exclusivity / בלעדיות
- EN: You confirm that this submission is 100% exclusive. It has not been published in any other magazine, website, or social media platform, and will not be posted anywhere else (including your personal channels) until ARE magazine officially publishes it.
- HE: את/ה מאשר/ת שהתוכן המוגש הינו בלעדי ב-100%. הוא לא פורסם בשום מגזין אחר, אתר אינטרנט או פלטפורמה חברתית, ולא יפורסם בשום מקום אחר (כולל בערוצים האישיים שלך) עד ש-מגזין אר יפרסם אותו באופן רשמי.
- Originality & Clearances / מקוריות ואישורים
- EN: You guarantee that you are the original creator of this work and own all necessary copyrights. You also confirm that you have provided accurate credits for all team members involved (photographers, models, stylists, MUA, etc.) and have obtained their explicit permission to publish these images.
- HE: את/ה מצהיר/ה כי את/ה היוצר/ת המקורי/ת של התוכן ובעל/ת כל זכויות היוצרים הנדרשות. כמו כן, את/ה מאשר/ת שסיפקת קרדיטים מדויקים לכל חברי הצוות שלקחו חלק (צלמים, דוגמנים, סטייליסטים, מאפרים וכו') ושהשגת את אישורם המפורש לפרסם את התמונות הללו.
- Edits & Modifications / עריכה והתאמות
- EN: We reserve the right to crop, edit, color-correct, or modify the images and text to fit the layout, format, and editorial standards of our publication.
- HE: אנו שומרים לעצמנו את הזכות לחתוך, לערוך, לתקן צבעים או לשנות את התמונות והטקסט כדי להתאים לעיצוב, לפורמט ולסטנדרטים המערכתיים של המגזין שלנו.
- Compensation / תמורה
- EN: Unless otherwise agreed upon in a separate written contract, all editorial and social media submissions are provided free of charge, in exchange for credited publication and exposure.
- HE: אלא אם סוכם אחרת בחוזה כתוב ונפרד, כל ההגשות למערכת ולרשתות החברתיות ניתנות ללא תמורה כספית, בתמורה לפרסום וחשיפה תוך מתן קרדיט מלא.
